POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Management Advisor will work directly with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) to support operations and provider education for the Department of Defense (DoD) TRICARE contract. The advisor will coordinate training and education strategies, communicating directly with the client and military provider and pharmacy staff electronically and via phone to resolve complex issues. The advisor will support the client and MTFs with pharmacy claims processing and navigation through various systems that feed into the MHS GENESIS eHR, working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to drive resolution. The advisor will monitor trends and measure the effectiveness of the DoD programs and services managed by Express Scripts. This role will focus on building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of the DoD contract. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving skills and technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate effectively through complex contractual requirements with pleasant professionalism.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,000 – 150,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
