We are hiring an Accounting Intern to join our team. This role works closely with the Accounts Payable leads
Steel buyers
customers
and internal business units to ensure the timely and accuracy of daily invoice processing. Candidates must be able to work full-time during the summer months and part-time during the school year.
During the 11-week intern program
interns will spend 80 percent of their time completing a business-driven project. These assignments could range from generating ideas for product improvement
to creating new processes
to developing a standardized playbook for a specific role within the Company. Upon graduation
each intern will present their project to their manager
mentors and members of senior leadership.
The interns will spend the remainder of their time receiving additional on-the-job experience and classroom learning. Classes will feature topics from general business etiquette
to resume writing
interviewing and presenting with confidence.
In keeping with Our Philosophy
the program will also feature a community service component. Last year our interns spent a day at Goodwill Columbus.

Assist with auditing research
Assist with Customer Service emails
Match Hold report error research
