About the Position: The individual will perform administrative, professional, and highly technical duties for the ODMHSAS Information Technology and Finance areas. 

Duties include:

• the ability to multi-task while requesting, tracking and receiving IT purchases
• use of purchase card for ordering and paying for goods and services delivered to the IT area
• receiving, reviewing, preparing, and distributing invoice-related documents and correspondence to internal and external customers
• preparing various reports requiring expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern office applications

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and one year of professional or highly complex clerical experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements:

Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
