Your Moneris Career – The Opportunity
The Asset Coordinator will support asset shipping and receiving activities, management of asset storage rooms and return of end of lease equipment to vendors. This includes working with our Facilities team to obtain received equipment from vendors and end-users, inventory management and control of asset storage rooms, along with performing physical equipment audits.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a 5-day office-based model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Team Lead, End-user Services.
Your Moneris Career – What you’ll do
Receive shipments, recording receipts in the Asset Management system, signing shipping documents and delivering equipment to appropriate storage room and/or team.
Accountable to manage asset storage locations (local and remote) to ensure all equipment is in the correct location based on disposition of the equipment – lease return, equipment disposal, warranty repair, etc.
Coordinate with end-users for shipping and retrieval of equipment from home addresses or arrange for pick up at offices.
Coordinate equipment lease return to vendors by preparing devices to be scrubbed of data, ensuring devices are in working order according to leasing company guidelines and requesting service repair for any damaged equipment.
Coordinate and process equipment disposal, either for recycling, sale to employees, or donation
Your Moneris Career – What you bring
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary education in a related technical field of study or a combination thereof.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and wear appropriate safety footwear.
Basic technical experience hardware configuration, software installation on any/or all operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, MAC OS, Android, and iOS is an asset.
ServiceNow experience is an asset.
Bilingual in French is considered an asset
