The salary range for this position is $68,155 – $85,193 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an Associate Creative Program Manager to support our Sr Creative Program Manager. You will be working with cross functional partners, across the portfolio of our brands, to ensure clear communication of deliverables and projects remain on schedule. Location: San Francisco Bay Area or New York City

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sr Creative Program Manager by coordinating creative workflow, ensuring all necessary information is provided in briefs, facilitating creative requests and identify solutions to resolve any road blockers in projects.
• Primary point of contact for global digital creative projects, for our marketing and creative teams by sharing project updates, highlighting any potential roadblocks, and problem solving.
• Develop and champion project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
• Develop strong relationships and clear processes with all stakeholders to better identify opportunities in existing processes. Work with the Sr. Creative PM to implement new workflows and improve communication.
• Maintain meeting agendas for creative reviews and kickoffs, working closely with Creative and Digital teams.

Requirements:

• 2-4 yrs of relevant experience in project management at an agency or retail organization
• Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, WorkFront (or other project management software), ProofHQ
• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
• Creative problem solving
