Job Description
Service Oklahoma is setting the stage for a new era of digital government.
We are a team that is redefining the way Oklahomans engage with government services. The Associate Product Manager Level II works with the Product team to develop, test, and launch innovative digital services.
Position Responsibilities
Reports to the Chief Product Officer and works closely with the Product team
Drives research-based methodology to understand the needs and pain points of Oklahomans
Leverages qualitative and quantitative data to help define and launch proof-of-concept products
Contributes to the product roadmap and execution plan, and partners with OMES and others to build and launch new products and services
Builds strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Tracks and reports on key product performance metrics
Recommends and implements new products and features
Develops and leads product launch processes
Mentors Associate Product Manager Level I team members

Education and Experience
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree in product development, design, engineering, or a closely related field; 3-5 years in Product Development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year for each year of the required degree.
