The Nemours Center for Associate Well-being is seeking a well-qualified doctoral level Psychologist to join our team to provide individual, group and organizational level support to all associates and trainees. This role will provide interventions to promote emotional well-being, connect associates to available resources, address emotional distress, and enhance resilience. This position supports Nemours Associates (Healthcare Workers), not pediatric patients.
The Associate Wellbeing Specialist supports Center initiatives to cultivate an environment conducive to optimizing the experience of providing exceptional care, with a focus on creating and delivering programming that helps mitigate the drivers of burnout, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue. The position serves as content expert for individual and group-based interventions to support associates, while also developing and implementing system responses to predictable sources of workplace stress and trauma.
This position requires :
Successful completion of doctoral degree in a social service field with Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D. and substantial experience providing direct intervention and programming.
Must be licensed or eligible for unrestricted licensure in Delaware.
Ideal candidates will have a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program and have completed an APA-accredited internship.
This position requires an onsite presence and is not a remote position.
