Business Analytics Senior Analyst – eviCore – Remote

eviCore is currently hiring a Business Analytics Sr Analyst. The BA Sr. Analyst develops and maintains business pathways relating to our predictive models within our PA workflow. Will use basic SQL skills and excellent organization skills to help make configuration and rules set changes that direct our clinical review efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Document configuration changes and presenting updates at regular Decision Algorithm Governance meetings.
• Routinely work with the data science/engineering team to help develop and implement new automation processes with the purpose of making our prior authorizationworkflow more efficient.
• P rovide analyses and reports to aide decision making based on data, facts, and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
• Complete day-to-day Business Analytics tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
• Resolve non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ year relevant healthcare experience
• Clinical / Business pathway development knowledge required
• Experience writing and automating SQL queries
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau / MicroStrategy a plus

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 59,300 – 98,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
