As Business Support Manager, you will play a key role within the Public Sector Group’s (“PSG”) finance organization and will focus your time, energy and attention on two primary objectives;
Provide business and financial analysis/insights to PSG’s senior leadership team
Lead the financial diligence and integration efforts on specific PSG acquisitions
Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, you will work closely with the PSG Portfolio Leader’s; M&A team; and Controllers.
What will be your new role:
Work in conjunction with the PSG Portfolio Leader’s to identify, measure and deliver upon key performance objectives
Provide financial diligence for potential new business initiatives and acquisitions
Lead integration of acquisitions into Harris’ financial reporting model
Provide In-depth financial and business trends analysis and insights
Create and deliver customized management reports and presentations
Prepare and review a variety of financial models
Various ad-hoc assignments in support of finance led initiatives
Education and Experience:
Completion of a post secondary degree in Business Administration with preference given to those candidates with a professional accounting designation or a Master’s of Business Administration
5+ years of progressive and diversified experience in a financial environment.
