Washington Corporations Seeking Change Management Specialist for immediate hire. Accepting applications from all groups. The Change Specialist ensures that up and coming projects and organizational changes follow a smooth transition by managing the impacts of the change, promoting collaboration between departments, and aligning outcomes with operational goals. Reporting to the Lead, Change Management, the Change Specialist may lead and/or be a support resource on change initiatives, based on business needs, complexity of change and resource availability.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

The estimated salary for this position is $94,000 – $112,800. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
