Product Integration Manager 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Management/Supervision

• No line management accountabilities

Health & Safety:

• Work in compliance with the Health & Safety Act and regulations including using any equipment, protective devices or clothing required by the employer.
• Report any known workplace hazards or violations of the Act to the employer or supervisor.  

Function-Specific Responsibilities 

• Enterprise-Wide CNC Oversight: Oversee CNC technology and operations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless integration and standardization of processes.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute CNC technology strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectives, making recommendations for technology investments and advancements.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all CNC operations meet industry quality and safety standards, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve CNC machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new CNC technologies, equipment, and software solutions to enhance the organization’s manufacturing capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of CNC technologists and programmers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members are aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Data Management: Oversee data collection and analysis related to CNC programming and machining processes, ensuring data accuracy, availability, and its utilization in process improvement. Produce and regulate CAD Documentation of manufacturing processes site-wide.
• Budget and Resource Allocation: Collaborate with management to make informed decisions regarding capital investment, budget allocation, and resource management for CNC technology.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with CNC operations, such as equipment failure, process errors, and safety hazards.
• Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and production, to ensure the alignment of CNC technology with broader business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Education

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

• Proven experience in CNC programming, operations, and process optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC technology, including advanced machining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing new CNC technologies and equipment.
