ABOUT THE DESIGN SPECIALIST REP ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
Are you obsessed with amazing designs and excellent customer service? Are you goal-oriented, self-driven and thrilled by the pursuit of making sure details are all in place? If yes, read on! The Knot Worldwide is looking to add Design Specialists to our growing department. You will partner with our team members that focus on Stationery, Gifts, Favors and all things related to our e-commerce offerings across our many websites to assist customers in personalizing their wedding experience as they purchase or use our product offerings. Team members are located near local TKWW offices as well as in remote office locations. Stellar design detail, strong communication, ability to work as part of a team, and quick problem-solving skills are a must.
DESIGN SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with customers to modify and finalize stationery designs
Edit the designs to the customer’s specifications and work one-on-one with the customer over email to finalize the design
Create and send proofs to customers in a timely manner
Create print-ready files for customer designs
Demonstrate your ability to provide great customer service in quality and timeliness and adhere to high quality work product and production standards at all times
Communicate thoroughly with customers, tech teams and other team members
Assist difficult customers or situations with a calm and professional demeanor
Continually learn new products and stay up to date with product releases to more accurately assist clients that contact us
May assist larger CX team with phones, chats, and emails beyond design work, based on business need
Position may require working hours to align with multiple time-zones, depending on business need
DESIGN SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE:
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
Graphic design experience/training, particularly with Adobe Suite of products (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; to respond to our couples with warmth, sincerity, and simply great responses
Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism
Strong attention to detail – you are working to ensure couple’s receive a perfect product for their wedding!
Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
BIG PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:
Wedding industry experience and etiquette knowledge
