GTI Energy is presently seeking an attorney to join its legal team as a Counsel or Senior Counsel. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements and providing counsel to technical, management, and support services colleagues regarding transactional-associated legal matters. This position involves independent work as well as participating on, and sometimes leading, cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, an attorney will need to: be attentive to detail, thorough, and organized; communicate clearly and accurately, verbally and in writing; have good agreement drafting skills; and have strong time management skills to concurrently manage multiple matters, delivering each in a timely manner.

The position will be based in the Chicagoland area at the GTI Energy Headquarters in Des Plaines, Illinois. We offer a hybrid/core work week, where employees are remote Mondays and Fridays, and required to be on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
