Attend meetings with Day Support Program Manager and Coordinator Supervisor
Check-in with the Program Manager on a daily basis to discuss consumer and staffing update
Monthly meeting with Coordinator Supervisor to review schedule, field trips, and curriculum
Instruct the staff and consumers to follow daily schedule within timeframes given
Assign room activities (if specific classes will meet in specific rooms)
Set up the supplies/Curriculum needed for classroom activities
Encourage students to lead classes and activities
Make sure that students are prepared for class
Review materials that are needed
Lead classes as an example to students and staff
Be inclusive, encouraging, and excited
Keep up with your monthly petty cash budget
Turn in all receipts to the person that lent you their company credit card. If it was an online purchase, forward the email that has the receipt/total.
Facilitate community outings (ex. bowling, community service).
Email/Call potential field trip opportunities
Fill out Field Trip form
Delegate groups if field trip cannot accommodate large groups
Act as the spokesperson for the group
Request schedule changes to Day Support Program Manager
Staffing changes must be made by the Program Manager or on-site CS
Update Program Manager on activity changes (especially if it involves an off-site activity) Inventory and Supplies
Keep track of incoming inventory and how it correlates to the curriculum/activities
Inform Program Manager or the Regional Operations Rep. of any facility items that are needed (TP, wipes, trash bags, etc)
Complete potential consumers’ assessment days and pass a summary to Program Manager at the end of the day
Support the Program Manager during family tours
Be knowledgeable of the Lindley College Pillars, curriculum, field trip activities, and onsite activities
Complete the schedule with students and staff
Turn into Program Manager and coordinator supervisor for weekly approval (no later than Thursday)

Qualifications
18yrs of age or older
high school diploma or equivilant
Vaild Driver’s license
Six months experience working in a day program setting is preferred
