The salary range for this position is $90,134 – $112,668 based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, flex paid time off program, parental leave, employee discount/perks, a retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, opportunity to work from anywhere for a month in the summer and July and December wellness/shutdown weeks for applicable positions.

POSITION SUMMARY
OLEHERNIKSEN is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and conceptual Designer to join our in-house creative team. We are looking for a candidate with experience designing dynamic, on-brand creative assets, visual merchandising, print collateral, and social/digital advertising. The ideal candidate must maintain a strong understanding of design for print, digital, and emerging media formats. Designers with experience and familiarity in creating motion graphics are highly encouraged to apply. You must have a strong design aesthetic and typography skills with a passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.
This position primarily focuses on supporting the Creative Director in planning, managing and delivering strategic global brand creative from initial development to final execution and release. The role is also responsible for creating and developing innovative and refined creative assets that deliver the entire brand experience.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized and be a strong creative problem solver. The Designer will also partner with and assist other designers and senior directors on larger projects as needed. The ideal candidate MUST be an organized, creative, and strategic thinker who has the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
