We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead our team of Dynamics 365 specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level business management software, with a focus on Dynamics 365. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Dynamics 365 specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to clients on time and within budget.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop strategies for implementing Dynamics 365 solutions that meet their needs.
Manage all aspects of Dynamics 365 implementation projects, including scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Develop customizations and integrations using Dynamics 365 extensions, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other tools.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and functionality, and advise clients on best practices for using the platform.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants to ensure successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Common Data Service.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Ability to lead and manage a team of Dynamics 365 specialists in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
