The salary range for this position is $157,646 – $197,057 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading, creating, executing and driving innovative and cost effective 360 degree brand marketing strategies and campaigns at the forefront of culture. Serves as the key creative & strategic lead marketer for Fenty Beauty, always innovating and disrupting to build meaningful connections with our consumer. Key marketing strategic lead and cross-functional partner for internal and external teams, vendors and agencies. The ideal candidate would have 10+ years in marketing, with significant experience in beauty marketing, passion and expertise in social marketing and experience across all marketing touch points with proven success of developing insightful, impactful marketing campaigns and strategies. Some travel will be required.
