The salary range for this position is $157,646- $197,057 based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Global Brand Management, Product Strategy & Sales leads the overall brand vision, product pipeline/positioning and sales for the brand. This is a key leadership role, responsible for building and mentoring teams, and fostering cross-functional teamwork in order to move projects forward quickly towards the brand vision. This role is also responsible for overseeing high level brand strategy and channel management for all sales channels by optimizing brand representation at all touch points to maximize sell-in & sell-out and drive initiatives to increase channel profitability.
With the goal of exceeding financial goals and managing the team to deliver day-to-day business objectives, this person must be passionate about the beauty industry and product development, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Key to this role is understanding and communicating what is needed from each cross-functional team to deliver the best execution of the brand and products, working across product development, education, creative, inventory planning, marketing, international teams, e-commerce and operations.
This role will report to the Vice President of Brand Management & Global Marketing, Fenty Beauty New Development.
