Driver Full Time

OTTO’s opportunity:

Our Driver will deliver and pick-up goods at various OTTO vendors along with shuttling parts to and from the various OTTO facilities. Perform various warehousing/receiving duties. Assist Stockroom / Warehouse Manager as directed.

Specifically, the Driver will:

Deliver and pickup parts from various vendors
Shuttle parts to/from various OTTO facilities
Generate documentation for shipments to vendors
Load and unload trucks
Operate forklift
Receiving duties/Inventory control
Perform various warehouse functions as needed
Report any maintenance issues on delivery van
Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
What you’ll need to bring to the table:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Capable of lifting 80 lbs. with assistance as necessary
Basic computer skills
Availability for non-standard or extended work schedule
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the operation of a fork truck/reach truck

The hiring range listed in this posting is what we, in good faith, anticipate relying on when confirming an hourly rate for this position; exceptions may be considered for highly experienced candidates with multiple years of at-level experience.

Target hourly hiring range: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Profit Sharing Bonus – OTTO believes that it’s fair to share the profits that the employees help to make; profit sharing is distributed to employees twice a year. OTTO’s profit sharing plan is paid at the discretion of the company and is not a guaranteed bonus or any part of a compensation plan.
Vacation: five days after 30 days of employment and 80 hours at 1 year – vacation time is earned on the anniversary date.
