Basic general building repairs (ex. Changing lightbulbs, air filters, etc.…)
General painting and touch ups of historical buildings
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
Assists team members with other repair and maintenance tasks
Show up on time, ready to work
Working outside more than 50% of the time in all seasons
Other duties as assigned
Education: High School Diploma OR GED Required.
Certifications or Licenses
Valid Drivers license
Reliable transportation to and from work
0-1 years of experience
Will operate a variety of equipment; understands use of heavy machinery and safety; implements stewardship of tools and equipment
Successfully pass a background check and any other regulatory screening requirements
Available standard hours, Monday through Friday, nights and weekends as needed.

Skills & Abilities
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Knowledge and hands on experience completing maintenance tasks
Ability to paint and perform minor carpentry.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team; ability to remain calm in stressful situations
