We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Manager of Family Treatment Program (FTP) to provides leadership, supervision, and resource management to a variety of staff in the Family Treatment Programs. The Manager of FTP is expected to ensure a high standard of family services are delivered, including crisis intervention, counseling, psycho-education, skill building, case management, and advocacy. The Manager of FTP is responsible for creating a safe, positive, and therapeutic work environment. The Manager of FTP ensures policies, procedures, and agency standards are being met.
The Manager of FTP is responsible for integrating the family program with internal agency stakeholders, referring agencies, and community programs, while ensuring the family remains the focal point of all planning and collaboration. The Manager of FTP leads the team within a cross-functional, multidisciplinary, integrated, and collaborative model of treatment. The Manager of FTP ensures the successful implementation of CARE principles throughout the program and evidence based in home family reunification/preservation services.

The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.
Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
The incumbent registered with an accredited professional association or body is preferred.
Annual salary range for this position is $82,326 to $106,412.
