Description:
We are looking for a customer service oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered the IT Departments front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all users of the Health Center’s systems. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the Health Center.
Skills:
Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control
Car required
Excellent customer service skills
At least one (1) year in computer operations/Helpdesk
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational ability
Demonstrated computer literacy skills and a willingness to learn new applications
Knowledge of PC’s, Windows, Office applications
Epic Helpdesk a Plus
