Process and disposition background reports and drugs screen results
Organizes and participates in job fairs in the DMV, Florida and Texas area
Manages and track job postings in UKG and Indeed
Assist with sourcing and social media outlets
Track the employee referral program submissions
Manages the daily recruitment position control spreadsheet and Master Tracking Sheet.
Facilitates the daily recruitment update meeting
Onboarding & Orientation
Manage onboarding process – sends pre-hire and new hire documents to include the hire letter, benefits package, and other documents via Adobe E-Sign or UKG Onboarding
Train employees and managers on UKG basics, timesheet, PTO requests in NEO
Tracks ready to hire packets and cleared to start packets on a daily basis
Manage and presents new hire orientation weekly sessions and updates the content
Completes the 1-9 process
Ensure Attestations Letters and Shadow Files are sent to the assigned locations
HR Virtual Files (20%)
· Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and in the virtual files prior to sending an offer letter.
· Conducts file audits and back-up for HR Files Coordinator
· Hire and terminate employees in UKG
· Monitors the HR email account and follow-ups with HR emails.
· Serves as a back-up for front desk coverage
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
·Associate Degree required in psychology, HR, business or related area
Three years of related experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail oriented
Personable, adaptable and flexible
Ability to present to small groups
Ability to meet deadlines and follow-up timely with customers.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Some travel required (Job Fairs)
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Publisher) – REQUIRED
Preferred Skills
Bachelor degree preferred – with one year of work experience
Knowledge of current Federal and State employment laws.
