Infrastructure Engineer Advisor – Application Reporting

KEY OBJECTIVE – Adjunct Application Reporting Development and Support

• Develop reports and Dashboards which meet business requirements of business organizations
• Responsible for engaging business analysts to understand data and reporting requirements
• Provide ongoing support for end-user reports and dashboards for issues and enhancements
• Collaborate with technical experts and business units to determine the best possible reporting solutions

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs the development, and support or Reports and Dashboards used by our clients to better address their needs and job responsibilities using the tools supported by the reporting team
• Ensures the highest level of service and efficiency for the customer by following departmental processes in order to provide a high level of customer experience and data quality
• Contribute to the development of requirements and process documentation, ad hoc, on demand and standard reports and dashboards used by our clients
• Active in monitoring, tracking and resolving requests and problem tickets appropriately within established parameters and ensure client expectations are met
• Proactively monitor resource utilization data ingestion to ensure a positive business experience
• Solicit and provide technical direction into constant improvement in the reporting environment
• Provides training and mentoring to other IT members and business clients on the reporting systems supported by the team
• 24×7 supports occasionally required.
• Provide regular status on tickets and projects currently being worked on in a timely matter

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or 7+ years of experience
• Highly Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server to write and maintain stored procedures and functions along with the ability to create and maintain complex queries to support the reporting needs
• Familiarity with one or more of the following reporting platforms – Aceyus, CUIC, Infomart
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skill, teamwork and customer service skills
• Aptitude and interest in learning new technologies

Experience in Structured report development utilizing various back-end databases using industry standard practices

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,800 – 161,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
