We are an international distributor of hard good items used in the construction trades. Due to rapid growth

we need an exceptional individual to serve our customers as an InsideSales Representative. The chosen candidate will be a person who performs all customer service functions. You will be one of the faces of our company to customers across our many distribution channels

both domestic and international when performing the duties outlined below.

You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Process eCommerce Platform customer orders.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding shipping problems

  invoicing issues and pricing discrepancies.

• Work closely with eCommerce and distribution sales teams to create extremely happy customers.
• Make suggestions for process improvements.
• Process EDI orders.
• Ensure that all promotions are properly reflected in appropriate systems and orders.
• Perform other reasonable work-related tasks

  as requested.

Requirements:

• Career-motivated professional who is self-confident

  energetic and possesses a strong work ethic.

• experience in a customer service/order processing environment is required.
• Experience with Fishbowl Order Entry/Inventory or similar system.
• Self-starter

  who can work independently without daily direction

  is results and detail oriented

  and performs to a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate and communicate effectively with customers and all company team members.
• Intermediate skillset in excel.
• Problem solving skills with a focused attention to detail.
• Ability to handle accounting related data entry and reconciliation tasks.
• Standard shift is 8 am to 4:30 PM.
