Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimation is looking for an IO Clerk. Inbound: Perform all necessary functions to arrive and process inbound freight to our facility.Outbound: Perform all necessary functions to arrive outbound drivers, print, reconcile, complete and dispatch outbound loads. Also be able to clearly communicate the necessary information to the dock platform so drivers can be assigned doors to be loaded in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Inbound:

• Determine correct inbound manifest number from Driver’s B/L.
• Properly enter correct inbound manifest number into IB log in MTC and properly convey information to platform supervisor to get door assignment for driver.
• Print IB manifest and verify postal documents. Copy and file postal documents.
• Update postage in ETM for each IB manifest.
• Print labels if needed and inbound verification sheet.
• Run download verification in MTC after IB freight is put away.
• Bay locate completed loads.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Outbound:

• Keep track of the Outbound Log in MTC and process released outbound truckloads and LTL manifests.
• Reconcile outbounds (research and resolve any hot freight or unpaid postage issues)..
• Group LTL manifests in MTC.
• Check in outbound drivers and clearly convey information to dock platform so drivers can be assigned a door.
• Verify paperwork on completed loads (all cuts pulled, all hard copy 8125’s and electronic 8125’s included in each pouch).
• Dispatch loads in MTC once the load is completed.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating machinery, hand tools, and the necessary safety requirements.
• Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, shipping, or related industry
• Skill to read and understand instructions to fulfill each individual job.
• Works well under pressure and is capable of handling high-volume tasks.
• A team player who works well with others.
• Additional job requirements may be listed on the staffing requisition.
