Seaspan Seeking IT Training Specialist for immediate hire. Accepting applications from all groups. Reporting to the Director, User Enablement & Cyber Security, the IT training Specialist will be responsible for delivering hands on training, content creation, platform/vendor management, and orchestrating companywide training planning exercises specific to technology usage. The candidate should have a passion for making technology easier to use and understand, and thrive on helping people learn, be productive, and build skills.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 – $130,000. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
