Washington Corporations Seeking Learning & Development Coordinator for immediate hire. Accepting applications from all groups. The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination and administration of learning and development activities. This role is responsible for the logistics of scheduling and managing training for digital and in-person training sessions and maintaining detailed training records. The Learning & Development Coordinator will collaborate with relevant stakeholders and ensure that all individuals are appropriately enrolled in necessary training modules based on their roles and responsibilities. In addition, the role tracks training progress, identifies any missing, incomplete, outstanding, overdue, or expired training, and provides reporting to the appropriate stakeholders.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

The estimated salary for this position is $72,700 – $87,200. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
