The Client and Customer Service Operations (CCSO) Compliance Sr. Manager
This position is considered a leadership role and is accountable for leading a team of compliance professionals within the Commercial Compliance team. The Compliance Sr. Manager and team are responsible for implementing an effective compliance program tailored to the unique needs of these business areas. Working closely with the Business Segment leaders for CCSO, Commercial Compliance, Legal, Government Affairs, Vendors and other stakeholders, the CCSO Compliance Sr. Manager will provide Compliance and Regulatory oversight and support of ongoing operations, work with operational owners to develop and improve controls, and support new business projects and initiatives. Among other things, the CCSO Compliance Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring that the aligned programs are in compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. In addition, the CCSO Compliance Sr. Manager will also help ensure compliance with the Enterprise Compliance program, Privacy, Information Protection and Records Management programs.
