Position Summary:
This role will support the Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field, Lifestyle and Experiential Marketing, and Sales Departments for CBI’s wine, beer, and spirits brands, as a member of the Advertising, Marketing, Promotions and Trade Practices (“AMPT”) team within the Legal department.
As part of the AMPT Legal team, the Legal Specialist will be responsible for legal review of digital, television and point of sale advertising, consumer promotions, sweepstakes and contests, cause marketing initiatives, influencer and social media content and all things advertising and marketing for the company’s beer, wine & spirits brands. This individual will also review contracts, conduct legal research and provide guidance on alcohol beverage trade practice inquiries, and work with other members of the AMPT Legal team to develop procedures and substantive guidance as well as training modules on alcohol beverage laws, advertising law best practices and company policies. The person in the position will be supervised by the Sr. Director, Assistant General Counsel.

The salary range for this role is:
$58,900.00 – $86,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
