Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II with OMES you will enjoy:

Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
Supports the Capital Asset Management division.
Salary up to $36,854.00.
Responsibilities
Assist with maintenance of multiple state buildings managed by Office of Facilities Management.
Perform complex maintenance and repair activities with minimal supervision.
Perform assigned preventative maintenance activities on air handlers, pumps, motors, and other associated HVAC equipment.
Set up events within facilities managed by the Office of Facilities Management to ensure occupant safety.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical demands include the ability to bend, crouch, stoop, sit and/or lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
Some extended hours including evenings and weekends maybe required. .
Minimum qualifications
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and;
A minimum of two years of experience in construction, maintenance, or skilled building trade. .
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
