The salary range for this position is $103,564 – $129,568 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Influencer Marketing will lead the development and execution of influencer marketing paid strategies, campaigns, and initiatives for Fenty Beauty. They will oversee and manage all aspects of influencer and artistry activities including influencer identification, vetting, and relationship and product management. The incumbent is outgoing with exceptional interpersonal skills and has demonstrated success identifying industry trends, building, and maintaining strong relationships, and creating campaigns with authentic storytelling. They will be a strong communicator, as they will need to communicate and balance priorities and requests across multiple projects and cross-functional partners. The dynamic person is well-versed in influencer marketing, experiential, and digital/social best practices. Requires up to 25% travel.
