Marketing Specialist – Pharmacy & Hospital Health Systems (340B) – Remote

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for overseeing marketing strategies to help grow Evernorth’s specialty pharmacy, Accredo’s, line of business through collaboration with our prescriber, health system/hospital, and pharmaceutical manufacturing-facing teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, partnering with trade relations, sales, account management, physician engagement and product management to grow Accredo and advance its position as the specialty pharmacy of choice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with specialty pharmacy business partners to conceptualize and execute strategic marketing activities, with a focus on supporting the prescriber-, health system/hospital- and pharmaceutical manufacturing-facing teams
• Lead the messagingand strategic development of a variety of sales enablement tools and external communications
• Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that attract and retain clients, buyers and industry influencers
• Marketing support for strategic business development and client opportunities, experiences and engagements
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns to generate awareness, interest and demand in our services/solutions
• Work cross-functionally with product, business development, operations and other subject matter experts to communicate the value of our services
• Assisting with external media content creation (primarily web and social) with internal partners
• Lead cross-functional teams to create meaningful experiences and new ways to engage relevant audiences, as needed
• Other assigned projects or duties
• Travel required occasionally (less than 10%)

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL OFFER:

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing or relevant field preferred
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing
• 3+ years of experience in the health care field and knowledge of the specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and strategic presentation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker
• Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables within a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation
• Ability to navigate relationships with external agency partners
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment across multiple functions and in support of diverse buyers and geographies
