The Opportunity

• Seeking Correctional Health physician assistants or nurse practitioners
• Correctional Health, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Primary Care Procedural experience is a plus
• Typical Hours of operation are 8am to 4pm, with some periodic weekends
• Full time, part time and per diem opportunities available
• Opportunity to grow in Correctional Medicine and expand the level of services

The Practice

Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility – Banning, California

• Part of the Riverside University Health System- Community Health Centers, made up of 12 Health Centers throughout Riverside County
• Home to several Corrections Division programs including the Supervised Electronic Confinement Program, Work Release Program, Residential Substance Abuse Treatment program, Sheriff’s Inmate Training and Education Bureau, a commercial printing shop, and a centralized warehouse and laundry services
• Provides counseling, vocational, and education programs
