Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimation is looking for an Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will monitor and direct employees in the warehouse. Keep all employees, especially new hires, informed of company policies, practices, and procedures. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of receiving, shipping, and production of merchandise during their shift. Training new hires as well as training current employees on new procedures is a key function of this position. Flexibility to move to different departments inside of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all loads in the Warehouse Management platform.
• Checking inbound and outbound freight for 100% accuracy.
• Training new employees on practices and procedures.
• Oversee multiple areas.
• Develop and cross train associates in all aspects of the department.
• Ensure compliance in operational procedures, policies, EHS, and housekeeping.
• Prevention of damage to customers products and company property, and reporting and damage that has been observed or reported.
• Optimize productivity, space utilization, and report areas where improvement is necessary.
• Adheres to and enforces all company rules, regulations, procedures and EHS policies.
• Ensure the warehouse is secure and property is protected. All emergency exits should be unobstructed and secure.
• Make recommendations to the Facility Manager with regards to facility operations.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
• Support of IO office.
• Reporting on KPI’s.

Qualifications:

• (5) year experience in warehousing, manufacturing, shipping, or related industry
• Experience operating a sit down forklift and the necessary safety requirements.
• Skill to read and understand instructions to fulfill each individual job.
• Works well under pressure and is capable of handling high-volume tasks.
• A team player who works well with others.
• Additional job requirements may be listed on the staffing requisition.
