Seeking Packager for immediate hire. Accepting applications from all groups.
What is this role responsible for?
Wrapping and packaging furniture
Be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects
Proper use of appropriate packaging materials to ensure furniture will arrive at its destination with no damages to product;
Understands packaging materials and what their uses are
Proper and safe use of packaging tools which include: box cutter, chop saw, tape gun, and a variety of wrapping tools.
Proper and safe use of pallet jacks to move materials around;
Responsible for taking pictures of furniture prior to and after packaging to document completeness of shipment and quality of furniture when shipped out for the purposes of supporting TekCare claims.
Knowledge of and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
What is required for the role?

Demonstrates good initiative and safe work practice
Assets:
Previous experience in a wood or manufacturing shop, and the use of power tools.
