Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst will assist the Director, Pricing in all aspects of company pricing activities, including day to day budget tool pricing support to Operations and Commercial Finance during the budget development process and throughout the project life cycle

What will you do?

• Ongoing analysis of labor, supply, and third-party costs
• Development of pricing and dates for the company’s expanding services
• Build financial models and analytical tools to measure financial performance
• Administer and further development of various pricing tools and support materials
• Maintain approved template agreements and recommend changes as new needs are identified or issues are discovered
• Work with Project Accounting / Project Finance functions to ensure budgets are developed in alignment with financial systems and established data structures
• Support training and education sessions as needed for various users of pricing tools and outputs

What will you bring to the table?

• 1 to 2 years of budget development or financial / operations analysis related experience
• Experience in a laboratory, contract research, and/or research site settin
• High-level Excel skills and experience managing large quantities of data and analysis
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or business-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical procedures, or clinical research protocols
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Working Conditions/Physical Demands, Travel, etc.

• Must regularly operate a computer and occasionally operate other office equipment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
