Moneris Seeking Product Manager for immediate hire. Accepting applications from all groups.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Payment Platforms team to lead the development and evolution of the payment Gateway. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the products in your portfolio with a focus on promoting several value added services, both card present and e-commerce. You will be focused on enhancing the user experience for merchants, improving resiliency, security, compliance, and managing go-to-market activities.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director of Product.
Use insights and data to inform decision-making, prioritization, product development, and enhancements
Build and execute a 3-month to 18-month roadmap for the Payment Platforms portfolio.
Lead an Agile team ensuring transparency to priorities and roadmaps, with the ability to identify and define problem statements and desired outcomes through backlog management and refinement sessions
Maintain a high level of transparency and communication through proactive interactions with the product team.
Collaborate with Compliance to assess and prioritize card brand releases and bulletins
Collaborate and advocate with internal partners to ensure the success of the Product roadmap, Product readiness, and product launch.
Develop solutions to address opportunities, gaps and/or requirements to maintain competitiveness of product offering, consulting on concepts with Technology, and developing comprehensive business cases to support decisions and prioritization
Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience.
3 years’ experience in product management, focused on payment Gateway platforms
User-centric approach to product development.
Experience creating impactful user experiences and driving innovation
Experience navigating impediments and roadblocks with a focus on achieving goals
Enjoy working with diverse teams putting the team’s goals before yourself
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, best practices and tools.
An emphasis on data-driven decision-making and an understanding of Payments platforms and Gateways are crucial for this role.
