NVE, Inc. is accepting applications for qualified U.S. Citizens to provide program analyst/ lease administration
services in support of our client, General Services Administration (GSA). The successful candidate will be primarily
responsible for providing: Annual File Reviews, Operating Cost and Tax Escalation Processing, Step Rents, and Change of Ownership/ Novations.
These services are expected to be a hybrid of telework and reporting on-site two (2) days a week at the Regional Office Building located at 2300 Main Street, Kansas City, MO beginning in May. Once circumstances improve, it is possible that additional report on-site days may be added. Although, assignments may be for a specific geographic assigned area, Program Analysts will not be limited to that workload, and may be requested to assist in or work on special projects or other geographic areas that may arise.
