We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Apartment Community, Penns Grove. The work will require knowledge of affordable housing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HUD. You will be surrounded by our dedicated Resident Services and Maintenance Team to help deliver a well-rounded service to our residents. You will have the support of our Senior Management and an ongoing commitment to training and professional development.
Job Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish required.
