Financial Analysis Director- Rebate Modeling & Underwriting
Location: This role can be based in St. Louis, MO or Remote-Work at home
ROLE SUMMARY:
This position will manage a team of underwriters in support of developing rebate pricing strategies for a portfolio of clients in a specific line of business (healthplan, commercial, public sector, wholesale markets, or labor markets). The Director will be accountable for managing clients’ end to end rebate financials by serving as the strategic advisor through leveraging market competitive strategies, knowledge of supply chain economics, and conducting complex analyses. This role plays a vital part in achieving our goal to help clients drive down the cost of care.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 138,000 – 230,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
