Responsibilities
Basic Function/Scope:
The Food Service Receiver receives all product shipments, unloads and properly stores products, audits delivery sheets with products received, labels products with day/time stickers as applicable and conducts inventory audits on a regular basis.
Client and Customer Satisfaction/Relations:
Work with product vendors.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Follow all safety and food handling procedures and regulations
Follows HACCP guidelines regarding food storage
Properly store and label products
Conduct regular inventory audits
Ensure proper levels of supplies and products
Receives products that can be validated by the ordering manager
