The Records Management Business Project Advisor will serve as a subject matter expert and advocate as we advance the maturity of Cigna’s Records Management program. The Advisor will provide ongoing critical analysis of Cigna’s Records Management processes with the goal of driving ongoing process improvement, efficiency, and optimization; to accomplish this, the Advisor will employ creative problem solving in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program. The Advisor will partner with Business Champions, Technology, and other stakeholders, to drive successful deployment and ongoing compliance with Cigna’s Records Management program. The Advisor will navigate competing priorities of cross-functional partners and work via influence to advance the understanding of and compliance with our Records Management program. The Advisor will ensure that Records Management processes and standards are clearly documented and appropriately communicated; perform regular evaluations of business and technology compliance; ensure retention periods are appropriately defined and implemented; and maintain the effectiveness of the Records Management program. This position will manage multiple individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. In addition, the Advisor will be enthusiastic in addressing new challenges as we continue to mature our Records Management program across the organization.
