Reports to the Manager of Patient Care Services or Executive Director of Patient Care Services. Manages staff providing patient care services and the daily operations of the department. Contributes to the development/revision of policies, procedures, protocols and standards of care. Assesses the educational needs of staff and acts to meet these needs. Enhances clinical practice through quality improvement projects and cost efficiency programs. Works collaboratively with others to support the goals of the department. Serves as the nursing leader for the designated department and acts as a liaison with other departments.

Education and Experience
Bachelors of Science in Nursing required. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Indiana and a minimum of three years job related experience including one year of leadership experience is also preferred.
