REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of restaurant management
Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)
Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred)
Stable job history
Solid business acumen – P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory
High School or equivalent
