The Cigna Medicare Sales Digital Lead Sr Advisor is a strategic leader responsible for driving efficient, scalable, innovative solutions for the Medicare organization. This resource is responsible for defining and delivering initiatives which improve our Medicare customer experience and contribute towards increased growth, improved retention and make it easier for our sales teams to sell on behalf of Cigna. This individual will drive digital initiatives focused on improving our digital solutions across online provider directories, Cigna.com, mycigna.com, shopping & enrollment vendors offering consumer experience. This Sr Advisor will be business owner for strategic provider initiatives, multiple vendor engagements, portfolio initiatives focused on improving consumer experience – including but not limited to migration to strategic provider solution, consumer engagements, and retention initiatives.
This individual will support the overall Medicare Growth organization, across multiple lines of business and have a direct impact on key department objectives by prioritizing initiatives, aligning solutions which support key consumer and retention strategies within the Government segment. This individual will own the overall delivery of these solutions for our Medicare lines of business.
The Sales Digital Lead Sr Advisor is responsible for coordinating with various matrix partners (e.g. Sales, Digital, Provider, Customer Experience, Retention, Enrollment, Compliance, Sales Integrity & IT) to deliver prioritized solutions which enable growth and improve our overall consumer experience for Medicare consumers. This individual will become a subject matter expert on business priorities, Salesforce & related solutions and evaluate project plans from a resource capacity, cost, efficiency, legal, and regulatory standpoint. This role will identify gaps in processes and support development and implementation of solutions. This individual will be responsible for prioritizing delivery based on business impact, compliance risk, and costs to the sales organization. This individual will perform as primary contact to matrix partners and IT teams representing the Cigna Medicare Growth team and must maintain a strong connection with leaders across a highly matrixed environment. Responsible for communicating status of digital initiatives to inform leadership as well as the organization through continuous and proactive reporting.
Achievements are largely dependent on successfully eliciting feedback across multiple constituents and working closely and effectively to deliver solutions that meet or exceed the needs of all stakeholders. This is accomplished by acquiring a deep understanding of business processes, systems and matrix partner impacts; anticipating the needs of stakeholders to proactively design value-added solutions; breaking down complex problems and scenarios into easily understood parts and communicating to stakeholders of various levels; researching advancements available in technology, designing and executing project plans per delivery expectations and timelines, prioritizing sales initiatives based on value add. This resource will build and maintain strong peer relationships with various internal matrix partners and external vendors.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 99,200 – 165,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
