Job Overview: The Sales Operations Advisor will report to the CSB Sales Director within the Medicare Growth team. This individual will work directly with the Director of Sales and their corresponding sales teams to support key projects, initiatives and day-to-day activities for the distribution channel. The individual must be able to work autonomously and with limited supervision or guidance. They will be responsible for working with key matrix partners such as finance, actuary, operations, legal, marketing, IT, project management and other matrix partners as necessary to implement projects.
Additionally, this role will interface with Cigna's external business partners in an account management function. This may require managing a list of initiatives or issues in flight with the given party, working successfully to implement and/or resolve items across departments. Strong project management skills will also be required to track the work and to communicate effectively to all parties.
Understanding multiple product lines within the Government Business will be required to support the channel. The successful candidate will bring strong business process skills, strong sense of business ownership and intellectual curiosity to this role.
