The UK is a priority market for growth and the business has received substantial investment since being acquired which has improved the product significantly across desktop and mobile devices.
ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:
The UK New Business team is rapidly growing and tasked with bringing new vendors onto the Hitched platform, through proactively sourcing customers and new opportunities.
As a Team Lead: Suppliers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coaching and mentoring of the Suppliers team – motivating and coaching them to meet and exceed sales targets. This experienced and impassioned Team Lead (you!) will help your mini-team and the entire growth channel exceed goals each month. You will bring your proven sales expertise and best practices to assist your team on a regular basis. Be ready to work alongside your peers with call shadowing, presenting in small groups and in sharing your enthusiasm for what we do best…onboarding new wedding pros into our advertising programs! You will have day-to-day responsibility for up to 4 direct junior reports, but with regular support and management shadowing from the Head of Sales who will oversee the entire team.
