Senior Director Product Management- Digital Identity & Personalization – Remote Evernorth Health Services

We’re looking for an enterprising Product Management leader to transform the way we do enterprise identity and personalization across our digital experiences. As a Product Management Leader in Evernorth’s Digital team, you will report to the Product Strategy Managing Director and will lead and grow an enterprise product platform team. You will be responsible for setting the vision, building the strategy, and driving execution to deliver innovative identity and personalization solutions to support multiple different products and lines of business throughout The Cigna Group’s diverse suite of offerings. The mission is to help our users seamlessly access their products and services and guide them on their journey to better health by understanding not only who they are, but also their personal needs and preferences.

The right person for this role can solve complex problems, communicate solutions concisely and articulate clear vision to technical and non-technical groups. In this role, you will be responsible for innovating and improving experiences for end-users to authenticate and onboard, as well as to support the development teams that implement identity and personalization to drive their applications. This includes overseeing all aspects of product management including strategy & roadmap development, research & analysis, and customer experience. You’ll work with a team of talented product managers whose mission is to redefine health care as we know it.

This individual will work closely with Product & Technology leadership, Research, Analytics, Clinical, and Development/Delivery teams, as well as key stakeholders in senior leadership to develop and deliver solutions that will differentiate Evernorth as a market leader. In support of strategic efforts, this individual will understand the strategy of all stakeholders and will partner with business leads and functional owners to accomplish core responsibilities.

Ultimately, this individual will not only help translate business objectives into a clear product roadmap and requirements, but also help define them and identify opportunities for Evernorth Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a great team: Lead, mentor, and hire a team of product managers and build a high-performing enterprise digital platform product team.
• Set the pace for our future: Establish shared vision and manage the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, defining new products and initiatives and communicating product strategy to drive value for key stakeholders.
• Get in the trenches with your team: Define requirements and work with Design, Development, and QA teams to ensure rapid and iterative product development.
• Collaborate with all areas of our business: Engage executive business and technology stakeholders as well as various internal and external groups to synthesize requirements, communicate new features and changes, and incorporate feedback.
• Build a superior product: Ensure ongoing product growth and expansion by defining and measuring results to identify areas of success and needs for improvement.
• Help tell our story: Work closely with customer-facing teams to define execution strategies, as well as helping them to understand product positioning and key benefits.
• Be our barometer of success: Work closely with data management and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and implementation of user analytics tracking.

What we expect from you:

• A deep curiosity for identifying and truly understanding customer problems.
• Demonstrated history of conceiving and developing digital platform products
• Experience developing and hiring product managers.
• Proven ability to oversee new product development from ideation through release and ongoing management & reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with experience interacting and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
• Data-minded with A/B testing experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to deliver and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable and effective working across multiple business units, including Product, Engineering, and Sales
• Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver
• Minimum of Bachelor’s and 10 years digital product management experience; 5 years managing teams of digital product managers.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 166,500 – 277,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
