We’re looking for an enterprising Product Management leader to transform the way we do enterprise identity and personalization across our digital experiences. As a Product Management Leader in Evernorth’s Digital team, you will report to the Product Strategy Managing Director and will lead and grow an enterprise product platform team. You will be responsible for setting the vision, building the strategy, and driving execution to deliver innovative identity and personalization solutions to support multiple different products and lines of business throughout The Cigna Group’s diverse suite of offerings. The mission is to help our users seamlessly access their products and services and guide them on their journey to better health by understanding not only who they are, but also their personal needs and preferences.
The right person for this role can solve complex problems, communicate solutions concisely and articulate clear vision to technical and non-technical groups. In this role, you will be responsible for innovating and improving experiences for end-users to authenticate and onboard, as well as to support the development teams that implement identity and personalization to drive their applications. This includes overseeing all aspects of product management including strategy & roadmap development, research & analysis, and customer experience. You’ll work with a team of talented product managers whose mission is to redefine health care as we know it.
This individual will work closely with Product & Technology leadership, Research, Analytics, Clinical, and Development/Delivery teams, as well as key stakeholders in senior leadership to develop and deliver solutions that will differentiate Evernorth as a market leader. In support of strategic efforts, this individual will understand the strategy of all stakeholders and will partner with business leads and functional owners to accomplish core responsibilities.
Ultimately, this individual will not only help translate business objectives into a clear product roadmap and requirements, but also help define them and identify opportunities for Evernorth Digital.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 166,500 – 277,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
