Senior Experience Designers at T. Rowe Price are responsible for creating industry-leading experiences for our retail direct clients by having a deep understanding of their needs and expectations. You will lead work across a range of design processes including conducting discovery research, hypothesis building, design thinking, prototyping, UX testing, and finalizing UI for execution.
Senior Experience Designers are part of multi-disciplinary agile teams that align to business objectives, drive digital transformation, and achieve positive client outcomes. You will work collaboratively with: UX researchers, UX content designers, Product Owners, and Developers who are committed to the same goals of designing the optimal investor experience. You have a voice in prioritization, planning, and tradeoff decisions along the way to execution.
This is a remote role with the ability to come into the Maryland offices periodically.

Wage Transparency Disclosure* –
New York: Minimum salary 81,000.00 – 138,000.00 USD Annual
*Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance. Salary range disclosure as required by sb19-085 when hiring in Colorado, S9427A when hiring in New York, and sb1162 when hiring in California.
